Terms & Conditions

By registering for this, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) and agree to be bound by them. These T&Cs govern your relationship with the organiser Courtney Barnett (“Organiser”). The purpose of this private ballot is to give you the chance to win 1 (one) Fender Squier Affinity Stratocaster guitar in silver signed by Courtney Barnett. 

Key Dates

Registration Opens: 9:00AM BST on Monday, 9th March

Registration Closes: 23:59 PM BST on Thursday, 2nd of April

1 (one) winner will be drawn at random and notified by the Organiser by April 3rd at 8PM BST latest.

How to Participate

You need to have pre-ordered* Courtney Barnett's new album Creature of Habit (available on CD, LP and digital formats) through the Official EU Music Store before 23:59 pm BST on Thursday, April 2nd.

Or

You need to have registered via the No Purchase Necessary form hosted on Courtney Barnett's Official EU Music Store before 23:59pm BST on Thursday April 2nd.

Only entries submitted via the official registration form during the sign-up window will be accepted.

Only pre-orders and form entries from within the EU & UK are eligible for this giveaway.

Other Information

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., public health emergencies, natural disasters, or changes in legal or regulatory requirements). Changes will be communicated with at least 7 days’ notice (30 days if changes are unfavourable to users).

The Organiser is not responsible for technical issues or service interruptions affecting registration or email delivery.

Employees of the Organiser, affiliated agencies, and their families are not eligible to participate in this private ballot.

These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
